A high-growth recruitment group in London is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the hiring strategy across multiple regions. This role involves managing a five-person TA team, refining recruitment processes, and collaborating with HR and leadership to drive talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have over five years of agency recruitment experience and at least three years leading global talent acquisition efforts, particularly in EMEA and the USA.
I’m partnering with a high-growth, multi-brand recruitment group to appoint a Global Talent Acquisition Manager who will take ownership of experienced hiring across multiple regions and help shape the long-term talent strategy.
The business has established sales teams across the globe, with Talent Acquisition viewed as a key driver of revenue. You’ll play a central role in designing and executing the hiring strategy that underpins their growth – building the recruiter population that launches new offices, scales existing desks and supports a mix of perm, interim and international solutions.
Based in London, you’ll lead a five-person TA team. You’ll set priorities across time zones, build and refine processes, monitor delivery and still personally run senior recruiter and critical back-office searches.
You’ll also be the senior TA voice within a People function that’s evolving. You’ll work closely with HR, Operations and C‑Suite, bringing market insight, challenging thinking where needed and giving the Board a clear view of pipeline, risks, opportunities and where to invest.
