Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training for Medidata and Certinia platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear, role-based learning and partner with stakeholders across IT, Clinical Operations, Finance, and PMO to ensure readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, IT, or life sciences or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in learning, training or systems enablement with enterprise platforms.
• Experience translating complex workflows into role-based training and performance support.
• Experience with validated or regulated systems training and LMS publishing.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own training approaches aligned to go-live timelines and adoption goals.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Project Operations, and SMEs to confirm audiences and objectives.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and workshops.
• Support global end-user training, train‑the‑trainer sessions, and adoption activities.
• Partner with LMS teams to publish, version control, and report training assets.
