Job summary

MBDA UK, within Major Equipment Procurement (MEP), seeks a subcontract management professional to execute and oversee supplier subcontracts with UK and international partners, ensuring compliance with contracting standards and protecting MBDA's commercial position. You will develop supplier relationships, manage tenders, negotiate terms, and monitor performance to deliver time, cost and quality objectives.

Travel to suppliers in the UK, Europe and beyond is expected; a BPSS check is required

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement subcontract management and negotiations.
• Ability to manage contracts and terms and conditions.
• Experience with supplier relationship management across UK/Europe/International.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute supplier subcontracts and amendments.
• Oversee subcontract performance and compliance with contracting standards.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks with suppliers.
