Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Global Support team. You will redefine how we collect, analyze, and act on refunds and contact rate, working with regional and product teams to improve customer experience and efficiency.

You will standardize operating models across markets, drive KPI-based insights, and expand outsourcing to optimize costs and service quality. Fluency in English and UK work eligibility are required; hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 remote) offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, operations or business development.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytics and problem solving.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience collaborating with regional teams, product and leadership.
• Proficiency with Looker, SQL or similar BI tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English; UK work authorization; hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Optimize contact rate reduction through process improvements and automation.
• Drive data-backed operational excellence with KPI development and analyses.
• Engage stakeholders across regional Support, Product, Analytics and Operations.
• Expand outsourcing capabilities to reduce costs and improve service quality.
• Maintain agile responses to business needs and scale tools/workflows.
