Job summary

Soldo is hiring a GTM Business Operations Analyst to design, improve and scale operational processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Onboarding, Pricing and Billing. You will analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences.

The role is hybrid in the UK with flexible working options, including remote work and access to our Marylebone office.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a Business Operations, Operations Analyst, RevOps, Consulting or similar role.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience working with operational systems and platforms such as Salesforce or similar.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured operational solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience documenting and mapping business processes using flowcharts or process maps.
• Experience using spreadsheets and reporting tools to quantify opportunities.
• Interest in automation, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable SaaS operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, improve, and scale GTM operational processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Onboarding, Pricing & Billing.
• Analyse operational data and workflows; develop business cases and recommendations for change.
• Identify operational exceptions and friction; establish standardized controls to reduce recurring issues.
• Support the launch of new GTM motions and cross-functional initiatives; coordinate activities across stakeholders.
