SFORS in London is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to orchestrate operational priorities and strategic initiatives for the UK business. Hybrid work model with close collaboration to the Country Head, driving momentum and aligning stakeholders across functions.

You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure processes scale with growth in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Operations or Executive Operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supporting a senior leader (Country Head/GM) or equivalent.
• Strong organisational, project management and delivery focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of key initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Translate strategic initiatives into action plans, roadmaps, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate local projects including office development, relocations, and new processes.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, budgets and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are on time, within scope, budget and quality standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Country Head and senior management.
