Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to drive topline and bottomline growth across its markets. You will partner with the Head of Wolt Market / HOP, RGMs and global functions to align strategy with execution.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across 30+ markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Strategy & Operations, management consulting, investment banking, tech companies, or high-growth retail/e-commerce environments.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and cross-functional environments.
• Experience working with financial planning, growth strategy, or operational performance management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own business performance across topline and bottomline, tracking GOV, orders, basket size, and contribution margin.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth and profitability across markets.
• Develop forecasting models and performance dashboards to ensure visibility and accountability against targets.
• Collaborate with Finance on annual planning, forecasting, and target setting across markets.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive scalable growth.
