Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our People Operations across the UK with hybrid working and weekly presence at the Regional Support Office in Warwick. The role involves occasional travel to campuses to support operations and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Regional Director, People & Culture, you will drive compliant, employee-focused HR services, optimise systems, and lead a team delivering

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR Operations or People Operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience with HR systems, data reporting, and process improvement.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Operations function across OSG UK.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Manage HR systems, including Dayforce, reporting, data governance, and process automation.
• Lead payroll governance and HR administration activities.
• Drive learning and development programmes and compliance training.
• Manage employee benefits, wellbeing initiatives, and recognition programmes.
• Develop service improvements that enhance the employee experience.
• Lead and develop the People Operations team, ensuring high levels of service and operational excellence.
