AutoStore seeks a Director, Global Sales Support & AI Transformation to lead a global Sales Support organization and shape its future. You will drive a high-performing distributed team, elevate performance, and embed AI-enabled processes across commercial workflows, partnering with senior leaders across Worldwide Sales, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and IT.

Qualificações

8+ years of leadership experience in Sales Support or related operations.
Proven ability to lead distributed/global teams.
Strong track record of building high-performing teams and capability.
Experience with AI, automation, or intelligent workflow transformation.
Experience managing SLAs, quality, and performance metrics.
Executive-level communication and cross-functional influence.
Comfort translating operational complexity into strategic insights.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop a distributed global Sales Support team across regions.
Own the quality, responsiveness, and reliability of Sales Support globally from intake to delivery.
Align commercial commitments with execution across multiple functions (Sales, Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, IT).
Shape AI-enabled Sales Support through agile, data-driven initiatives and clear business requirements.
Represent the function to senior leadership and drive scalable, global improvements.
Balance today’s operational excellence with long-term capability and technology investments.
