Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Head of Transformation to lead enterprise transformation across global markets. The role centers on integrating delivery across programs, prioritising and governing initiatives to deliver measurable business impact, with AI and automation as part of the transformation portfolio.

You will shape strategies, prioritize initiatives, develop business cases and delivery plans, and enhance project management capability, governance and reporting across Corporate Markets

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation, portfolio delivery, program management or business change in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled transformation and operating model change.
• Demonstrated experience with portfolio governance, delivery rhythms, executive reporting and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise transformation across global markets with a single, integrated delivery roadmap.
• Shaping transformation strategies aligned to business objectives and defining outcomes, benefits, resourcing and accountability.
• Build and improve project management capability, governance, tools and reporting across Corporate Markets globally.
• Engage stakeholders to secure alignment and manage risks, budgets and timelines.
