Job summary

IFS seeks a Director, Global Accounting AI Transformation to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of AI-enabled transformation across Global Accounting functions, including R2R, consolidation, tax, and revenue recognition.

You will partner with Global Accounting leadership, IT, and the AI Business Unit to embed AI into core processes, strengthening controls and driving efficiency at scale across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with leadership experience in Global Accounting.
• Experience in leading finance transformation programmes across regions or entities.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, SOX and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Define AI transformation roadmap across R2R, consolidation, tax, and revenue recognition.
• Lead redesign of core Accounting processes to AI-first workflows.
• Drive end-to-end AI-enabled transformation and adoption across Global Accounting.
• Ensure AI solutions align with control frameworks, audit requirements and compliance.
