Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentic Excellence Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation across the Prospect to Cash ecosystem. You will identify AI opportunities, validate solutions, and build enterprise-scale cases while ensuring governance and value realization.

You will collaborate with VP/SVP leadership, GTM teams, and product/engineering to translate complex problems into scalable, high-impact initiatives. A strong background in P2C and AI-enabled change is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, business transformation, management consulting, or enterprise business analysis initiatives.
Experience in Prospect to Cash (P2C) business processes, sales operations, enterprise quote-to-cash workflows, or complex enterprise system implementations.
Hands-on experience with generative AI, agentic platforms, low code/no code tools, or AI-assisted development environments.
Ability to map and simplify intricate process workflows, write actionable business requirements, and use data to solve operational friction.
Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills; stakeholder alignment across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted strategic advisor to VP/SVP leadership and shape multi-year transformation strategies.
Analyze Prospect to Cash workflows to identify friction and translate priorities into actionable solutions.
Champion practical adoption of AI technologies and identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
Partner with GTM teams to define use cases and prototype solutions using low code/no code and AI tech.
Establish AI governance standards and ensure quality, relevance, and responsible AI adoption.
