In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape and deliver reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the globe.

What you will be doing:

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Drive compensation-related activities, including merit increases and bonuses, ensuring they align with organisational goals and compensation philosophy.
  2. Ensure that all compensation activities, strategies, and decisions remain compliant with internal policies, external regulations, and governance frameworks.
  3. Use research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards and market trends, providing recommendations for improvements.
  4. Hold responsibility over the approach to job evaluation and benchmarking exercises, ensuring roles are appropriately graded and that pay structures remain competitive.
  5. Lead the preparation and submission of annual data and compliance reports, including salary surveys, gender pay reporting, and other relevant compensation-related reporting requirements.
  6. Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of compensation, salary structures, bonus plans, flexible benefits, gender pay reporting, reward benchmarking.
  7. Lead the annual compensation cycle across the Group, collaborating with local People teams to ensure alignment and consistency with compensation frameworks.
