A global business leader is looking for a Reward Analyst to join their new Reward Team in Crewe. This role involves analyzing and designing reward offerings, truly influencing compensation strategies across the company. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and experience in pay and benefits analysis on a global scale. Qualificações

• Experience of pay and benefits across multiple countries is essential.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a preference for data.
• Can confidently analyse and interpret complex information.

Responsabilidades

• Capture, evaluate, and maintain global salary and benefits data.
• Build and maintain Excel models to cost and evaluate packages.
• Provide detailed data analytics and insights to the Head of Reward.

Conhecimentos

Advanced Excel skills (including VBA)

Analytical mindset

Data visualization using Tableau or Power BI

Strong problem-solving skills

Understanding of reward platforms
