Qualifications

• Experience of pay and benefits across multiple countries is essential.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a preference for data.
• Can confidently analyse and interpret complex information.

Responsibilities

• Capture, evaluate, and maintain global salary and benefits data.
• Build and maintain Excel models to cost and evaluate packages.
• Provide detailed data analytics and insights to the Head of Reward.

Skills

Advanced Excel skills (including VBA)

Analytical mindset

Data visualization using Tableau or Power BI
