This role blends strategic reward work with hands-on delivery, translating data into commercial decisions and influencing stakeholders to drive the organisation’s people strategy and global growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading pay review and bonus processes.
• Deep knowledge of recognised job evaluation methodologies (Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry or Hay).
• Experience in job architecture, grading and salary structures.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex reward concepts into practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual pay review and bonus processes.
• Drive job architecture, job evaluation and salary banding initiatives.
• Support reward governance and pay transparency requirements.
• Deliver reward communications across multiple regions.
• Partner with senior People leaders and regional leadership teams.
• Use market data and analytics to inform reward decisions.
• Support the evolution of reward systems and processes.
