Job summary

You will own the end-to-end People Operations function, lead core people systems and processes, and drive AI-enabled improvements to employee experience and operational delivery.

Reporting into the senior People leadership team, you will design scalable processes, govern HRIS and data, and partner with Payroll, Finance and HR colleagues to ensure compliant, efficient

Qualifications

• Extensive People Operations experience in scale-up or high-growth tech environments.
• Demonstrable experience using AI and automation to improve processes.
• Strong HRIS expertise including workflow design, automation and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end People Operations lifecycle including onboarding, changes, contracts and offboarding.
• Design and continuously improve processes with automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and employment requirements; maintain policies and documentation.
