A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their London team. This role involves overseeing client development initiatives and expanding the sales pipeline in the global mobility and relocation sectors. Qualifications

  • Degree-level education is preferred.
  • Prior experience living or working abroad would be advantageous.
  • Fluent English is necessary; knowing another European language well is advantageous.
  • Technical competence with Microsoft Office and a CRM platform like Salesforce is preferable.
  • Excellent personality with powerful presentation and communication abilities.
  • Extremely well-organised and able to function in a hectic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Complete RFIs and RFPs during the sales process, collaborating as needed.
  • Attend customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Develop strong working relationships with corporate clients.
  • Oversee the sales process from beginning to end.
  • Encourage thought leadership content to spark sales interest.
  • Build and expand a robust sales pipeline.
  • Assist in promoting available relocation services.
