Healix International is seeking an experienced People Partner to join our People Team. This hands-on HR role focuses on partnering with leaders, managing complex employee relations, and delivering practical people solutions across multiple functions and locations.

The position requires resilience, sound judgement and the ability to handle changing priorities while maintaining excellent service and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner or senior HR generalist.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and absence management.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using people data and insights to support decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience working in a complex or international environment.
• Understanding of visa and immigration processes.
• CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers.
• Provide pragmatic advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach and challenge leaders to improve leadership capability and performance.
• Support a consistent people approach across the business.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
• Advise on employment risk and support effective decision‑making.
• Resolve sensitive people issues fairly and consistently.
• Support restructures, organisational design and transformation programmes.
• Guide leaders through consultation, communication and implementation activities.
• Analyse workforce data and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, governance and data integrity.
