Catalyst Partners in London–hybrid with regular travel to Nordics–is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support growth, transformation and leadership effectiveness across a private equity/asset management environment.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive talent strategy, and lead organisational design and workforce planning across international teams. A fast-paced, commercial setting awaits a high-performing HR professional.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within private equity, infrastructure, asset management or investment management fund environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive teams.
• Track record supporting growth, transformation or internationalisation.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on organisational design and workforce planning.
• Support change initiatives across international teams.
• Coach and influence leaders on people-related matters.
• Drive performance, succession planning and leadership development.
• Utilise people insights and data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver priorities.
