Healix International is seeking an experienced People Partner to join our People Team. This hands-on HR partner role works with leaders across multiple businesses and locations, delivering pragmatic, commercially-focused people solutions in an international context.

You will partner with leaders, manage complex employee relations, support change initiatives and help deliver our People Strategy while maintaining high standards of service and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partner / People Partner experience.
• Strong Employee Relations expertise (discipline, grievances, performance).
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in international environments and visa knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers across the business.
• Provide pragmatic advice across the employee lifecycle and coach leaders.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
• Support restructures, organizational design and transformation programs.
