S&P Global London seeks a Global People Partner Specialist to collaborate with stakeholders across MI and the Chief Client Office, supporting core people processes and aligning talent plans with the overall People strategy. The role involves working within a matrixed environment to engage, develop, reward, and retain talent.

The ideal candidate has HR experience, strong data skills, and the ability to navigate a complex organization while driving change and collaboration in a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Experience in Human Resources and related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills; ability to interpret global dashboards.
• Proven ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Global People Partners on talent development and performance initiatives.
• Facilitate training and development programs to improve business performance.
• Align people plans with business decisions and client group strategy.
• Collaborate with COEs and internal/external resources on human capital plans.
• Handle ad-hoc People Partner requests and projects, including M&A support.
