Job summary

Healix International is seeking a experienced People Partner to join the People Team. This hands-on HR partner role focuses on supporting leaders across multiple businesses and locations in an international environment.

You will combine strategic partnering with operational delivery, manage complex employee relations matters, and help deliver our People Strategy while maintaining high standards of service and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partner / People Partner experience.
• Strong Employee Relations expertise.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in international environments and visa knowledge.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide pragmatic HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
• Support restructures and transformation programmes.
• Drive performance, engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop policies, ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Support recruitment, workforce planning and talent development.
• Coordinate visa and immigration processes.
• Analyse workforce data and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain confidentiality and data governance in people operations.
