Job summary

ITRS Group is seeking a People Operations Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle with accuracy and efficiency. You will manage joiners, movers and leavers, update HR systems, and work with Payroll to ensure timely payroll changes.

The role emphasises continuous improvement, data reporting, and scalable processes across global teams, supported by a flexible hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in HR/People Operations or HR advisory.
• Experience in global or multi-location organisations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with HR systems and employee data.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR operations support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage joiner, mover and leaver processes, including documentation and system updates.
• Support probation, absence, family leave and benefits processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data with regular audits.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure payroll-impacting changes are accurate and timely.
• Support HRIS administration and payroll transformation initiatives.
• Produce accurate people reporting and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through smarter workflows and automation.
• Develop scalable People Operations processes for global delivery.
• Deliver a responsive, employee-focused service across the organisation.
