Job summary

Q5 is seeking a People Operations Adviser to support global HR systems and processes. The role focuses on maintaining HiBob, Leapsome, Culture Amp and related platforms, ensuring data accuracy and enabling self-service for managers and employees.

You will work with the HR Adviser and L&D Lead to improve learning programmes and employee lifecycle workflows, while ensuring GDPR compliance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a UK-based HR Adviser or People Operations Adviser.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience maintaining and improving HR systems and data quality.
• Experience producing people dashboards and MI to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for core people systems (HiBob, Leapsome, Culture Amp).
• Administer and continuously improve global HR systems and data.
• Ensure data accuracy, permissions, workflows and reporting.
• Support L&D systems, enrolments and programme tracking.
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes and policy guidance.
• Provide first-line system and process support to managers and employees.
