Job summary

tem is hiring a People Operations Partner to join our Performance team. You’ll own payroll across UK and EOR employees, drive automation, and connect our HR tech stack to scale operations globally.

As a multi-disciplinary role, you’ll streamline onboarding, employee changes, contracts and offboarding, while partnering with Finance, Legal and Talent to deliver reliable, data-driven People services at pace.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations or HR Operations with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Payroll cycles end-to-end, multi-country familiarity preferred.
• Tech-savvy and able to build automations with no-code/low-code tools.
• Ability to diagnose problems using data and simplify processes.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving across People disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Run payroll end to end for UK and EOR employees.
• Deliver core People operations across onboarding, changes, contracts, and offboarding.
• Own employee data, documentation and systems.
• Build automations and AI-enabled workflows connecting major tools.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Talent for scalable services.
• Create dashboards and lightweight analysis to guide decisions.
