Job summary

Everway is seeking a People Systems Manager to maintain, configure and continuously improve its global People systems, led by HiBob as the core HRIS. You will work with People Operations to enhance workflows, reporting and data integrity across platforms.

You will manage system access, governance, and automation, while supporting HRIS implementations and cross-country data needs. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience administering, configuring and developing HRIS or other People technology platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS configuration, workflows, permissions and data management.
• Experience creating dashboards, reporting and data reconciliation.
• Experience with data quality controls and automation.
• Experience across multi-country People systems.
• Experience working with external system vendors and technical support teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure and develop Everway's People systems to meet business needs.
• Act as SME for HiBob and related platforms and optimise workflows.
• Design and improve system automations, approvals, forms and self-service features.
• Maintain data structures, definitions and standards across systems.
• Develop reporting capabilities and dashboards for People leaders and stakeholders.
• Support system integration, data migrations and change projects.
