Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience with 3+ years in an HRBP role.
• Experience in IT/Tech or service industries.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving with focus on compliance and risk.
• Experience managing investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Deep understanding of HR practices, policies and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; second language a plus.
• BA/BS or CIPD qualification.

Responsibilities

• Investigate employee relations concerns and resolve issues timely.
• Advise management on performance management.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Review staffing trends and advise management with data.
• Manage leave processes and educate managers on policies.
• Assist with learning and development across the business.
• Promote career progression and skills development.
• Support leadership development initiatives.
• Build relationships with managers and HR team.
• Coordinate with payroll for benefits information and reports.
• Ensure compliance for countries in the region.
• Promote positive morale and culture aligned with company values.
• Advise on policy fairness and consistency; coach leaders.
• Partner with global HR on projects and initiatives.
• Conduct new hire orientations, training, and exit interviews.
