Milliman is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen culture by partnering with practices to support retention, performance, and high employee engagement. The role provides strategic HR support across workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, performance, and training, with remote duties and occasional attendance at the Milliman London Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of compensation, organizational design, employee relations, inclusion, and employment laws.
• Professional, consultative approach with ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
• Strong communication skills; multilingual capability in European languages is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Builds relationships with executives and teams; identifies and solves systemic issues.
• Advises executives on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, engagement, and development.
• Analyzes HR trends and metrics; partners with practice leaders on policies and programs.
• Coaches managers on employee relations, PIPs, terminations, and investigations.
• Collaborates on talent development, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Leads projects, plans timelines, and ensures deliverables and resource alignment.
• Leverages UKG to support practice growth and HR processes.
