Job summary

Reboot Online in the UK is looking for a dedicated People Manager to lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience and strengthen engagement. You will have full ownership of the people function, with the freedom to introduce new initiatives and develop existing programs.

Your responsibilities will include supporting recruitment, managing performance processes, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices. The successful candidate will have a solid background in HR and be able to implement effective employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People Manager, HR Manager or similar role.
• Background in a digital agency.
• Proven track record in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Confidence in handling employee relations matters and understanding of UK employment law.
• Organised and proactive with autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve engagement, wellbeing, belonging, and retention.
• Manage onboarding, performance reviews, and support managers with performance conversations.
• Support workforce planning and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.

Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to think 'outside-the-box'

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel

Excellent writing and organisational skills

Proactive with the ability to multi-task

Education

CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
