Job summary

M-KOPA in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda for our Product organisation and central functions, guiding workforce design, leadership development and employee relations across multiple markets.

You will partner with product, design and digital lending leaders to build capability, attract top talent and scale teams, while embedding our values and flexible working culture across a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• HR business partnering experience with senior leaders in scaling technology, fintech or high-growth businesses.
• Exposure to product, design, marketing or analytics teams and understanding how they're built, motivated and retained.
• Breadth and adaptability: switch between very different teams in the same day.
• Strategic and operational range: shape long-term plans and deliver day-to-day work.
• Remote and global savvy: experience supporting cross-cultural teams across multiple regions.
• Analytical and advisory mindset: use data, influence and judgement to advise leaders on trade-offs and risks.
• Confident handling employee relations across multiple jurisdictions; Europe/UK exposure is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support org design and change across client groups.
• Build capability in managers across portfolio, from performance conversations to hiring and development.
• Scale and retain talent in product, design and analytics teams in a competitive market.
• Use people analytics to turn data into insight and action with Centres of Excellence.
• Own employee relations across portfolio, coordinating with ER Centre of Excellence.
• Embed M-KOPA's culture and values at every touchpoint, from performance to development and feedback loops.
