Job summary

LMAX Group is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple locations. You will translate business priorities into local people plans, lead on employee relations, and partner with stakeholders to improve leadership and people decisions on a global scale.

The role covers the full lifecycle with a strong focus on engagement, wellbeing, and legal compliance across regions. Hybrid work pattern involves four days in the London office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience with business partnering
• Experience implementing engagement and EDI initiatives across a global remit
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across regions, with UK familiarity preferred
