Job summary

S&P Global London is seeking a Global People Partner Specialist to partner with stakeholders across MI and CCO, supporting core people processes and aligning the people plans with the overall People strategy in a highly matrixed environment.

You will engage, develop, reward, and retain talent across MI, lead training initiatives, manage data dashboards, and support strategic HR programs including potential M&A activity. Hybrid work with some office days in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an HR or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment with an agile, forward-looking mindset.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills; ability to leverage global data dashboards.
• Ability to plan, organize and deliver multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Discretion handling confidential information and effective written and verbal communication.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days a week or 9 days a month in office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global People Partners on talent development, rewards & recognition and performance management initiatives; maintain data integrity and prepare materials.
• Facilitate implementation of training and development programs to improve business performance.
• Execute strategic people priorities to align with business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal COEs and external resources to drive human capital plans.
• Handle ad-hoc People Partner requests and projects (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures).
