Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a People Experience Operations Partner to own day-to-day HR operations for employees across assigned international countries. You will manage lifecycle processes, documentation, changes, leave, benefits, and coordinate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers.

You will work with the central PX team and U.S.-based peers across time zones, balancing global standards with local requirements to deliver a high-quality employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR operations across multiple countries.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, offboarding, documentation, leave, payroll inputs, and benefits.
• Strong HR systems and data skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent, locally relevant employee experience across international locations.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with PX Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and Legal.
• Prepare employment documents using local templates and coordinate review for nonstandard cases.
• Maintain HRIS records, reconcile data across systems and providers.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave administration, and benefits with internal teams and providers.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for employees, managers, and providers; resolve queries and escalate issues.
