MAF International is seeking a People Services Manager to lead the new People Operations function, guiding lifecycle services, policy management and the cloud PCMS across 31 units and 850 staff. The role offers global remote work and a high-impact, strategic delivery focus.

You will own priorities with Digital/IT and implementation partners, drive data quality, and develop a customer-centric culture while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions. This is a senior, globally responsible position.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and leading high-performance People service-delivery teams across multiple countries.
• Track record managing a People-services or shared-services function, including service standards and SLAs.
• Knowledge of modern cloud HR systems and experience as business owner of a PCMS, including data quality and vendor management.
• Experience implementing global People policy frameworks and managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Process designer mindset with a customer-centric approach to efficiency.
• Strong employment-law knowledge across jurisdictions and balancing global vs local needs.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of People professionals across three sub-functions, including the PCMS Specialist, building a customer-centric, high-performance culture.
• Own PCMS service priorities, data quality and access controls, coordinating with Digital/IT, vendor and partners through go-live.
• Run employee lifecycle services across all units and offices to meet clear service standards.
• Coordinate the People policy lifecycle from review to publication and implementation.
• Champion digital self-service and automation to maximise impact and reduce admin.
• Turn clean data into insight to drive organisation-wide decisions.
