C&C Search is seeking an experienced People Experience Lead to own and continuously improve People Operations across a growing international business. You will shape processes, systems and services to support a scalable global workforce.

In this hands-on role, you will work with the Head of People and senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence, manage the full employee lifecycle, and coordinate town halls while promoting inclusion and Wellbeing across regions.

Qualifications

• Senior People Operations or People Experience lead in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and international People Operations.
• Experience managing HRIS platforms (HiBob) and payroll/EOR systems such as Deel.

Responsabilités

• Own and enhance end-to-end People Operations, including onboarding, changes and offboarding.
• Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiencies across the People function.
• Manage HR systems and people data, ensuring accuracy, reporting and insights.
• Oversee payroll inputs, compensation changes and benefits administration across regions.
• Support annual reward, performance management and employee engagement cycles.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and governance across jurisdictions.
• Support activity from acquisitions, integrations and organisational change.
• Coordinate company-wide Town Halls and deliver engaging internal People communications.
• Champion initiatives that promote inclusion and wellbeing.
