Job summary

Deel is hiring a Solutions Engineer for Global Payroll to partner with Global Payroll go-to-market and internal teams. You will support prospective clients, translate complex requirements into scalable, compliant solutions, and guide them from discovery through implementation hand-off.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer/Pre-Sales Consultant.
• Experience with Global Payroll or HCM organizations.
• Background in Workday and SuccessFactors payroll integrations.
• Willingness to travel inside/outside territory (~10%).
• Outstanding presentation skills with value-focused approach; multilingual capability is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, positive, can-do attitude; collaborative and team-oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with GTM teams to showcase the value of Deel’s Global Payroll Platform to deliver technical wins.
• Consult with prospects to assess payroll practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as the technical voice during sales cycles—own discovery, RFP responses, platform demos and integration workshops.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to advocate for prospect needs and accelerate deal velocity.
• Challenge the status quo to scale, improve and refine.
• Stay updated on global payroll legislation, trends and best practices to improve offerings.
• Support Partnership and Marketing initiatives.
