Job summary

CloudPay is seeking a Project Manager to lead payroll and payments implementations for global clients, guiding projects from inception to delivery with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. You will own project plans, manage risks, run meetings, report progress, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in software implementation, HR, payroll or fintech.
Demonstrable experience managing complex client-facing projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills at all levels.
Professional English level required.
Solid organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Jira) and MS Office.
Experience with global payroll or payments solutions is highly desirable.
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle for client implementations from initiation to closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and risk strategies.
Act as the primary client contact throughout implementation, managing expectations.
Facilitate and lead project meetings, kick-offs, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
Coordinate internal and external resources to meet milestones.
Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks, escalating to senior management as needed.
Ensure adherence to CloudPay's implementation methodology and quality standards.
Provide regular project status reports to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvements.
Possibly manage multiple implementations concurrently.
