Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to support large-scale implementations for high-profile clients. You will architect payroll solutions, translate requirements into blueprints, and guide multi-workstream delivery across onshore and offshore teams.

The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, mentoring, and staying current with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, PCC, and integrations to ERP/HCM systems, with hybrid working blended across offices,

Qualifications

• Experienced SAP Payroll consultant with hands-on experience across multiple project lifecycles.
• Lead requirements workshops and guide project delivery, especially around payroll
• Experience in Live Support environments is advantageous.
• Strong SAP Payroll knowledge plus broad technical awareness (3rd party integrations, security, and system interfaces).
• Excellent communication skills enabling senior stakeholder presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop payroll architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.
• Design and implement robust, future-ready SAP SuccessFactors solutions with Payroll components and PCC.
• Lead client on SAP best practices and roadmap awareness; stay current with SuccessFactors updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including on/offshore delivery models, to meet delivery obligations.
• Prepare Solution Design Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, and related artefacts.
• Contribute to pre-sales through expert demos and responses to RFPs; strengthen Capgemini networks.
• Mentor junior talent and share knowledge across the SAP Practice.
