Job summary

Deel is seeking a Payroll Implementation Leader to guide a team of specialists delivering accurate and compliant payroll setups across global markets. You will coach and develop team members, manage daily operations, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely, scalable implementations that meet client expectations.

With 5–7+ years in payroll implementation and at least 3 years in people leadership, you will shape our deployment framework and drive exceptional client

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of payroll implementation experience, including at least 3 years leading teams.
• Proven track record delivering implementations across multiple geographies.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compliance requirements, and implementation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Payroll Implementation Specialists to deliver accurate and compliant payroll setups.
• Manage daily operations, provide coaching, and support professional development for team members.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client issues and ensure resolution in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Define and enforce implementation processes, documentation standards, and quality control checkpoints.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to improve implementation frameworks and scalability.
• Lead client service reviews and post-launch assessments to drive continuous improvement.
• Use data and feedback to identify process enhancements and deliver consistent implementation outcomes.
