Job summary

AVI‑SPL is seeking a Payroll Platforms & HR Operations Specialist to administer, configure and optimise global payroll and HR platforms, with initial focus on Deel Payroll, EOR, Time Off and Time Tracking. You’ll coordinate with Payroll, HR, Finance and local teams, resolve issues, manage hypercare, and ensure data quality and compliance across jurisdictions.

You will own platform changes, testing and documentation, create SOPs and training materials, and support seamless payroll operations

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll operations or HR systems within a multi-country environment.
• Ability to translate policies into technical and system requirements.
• Strong analytical, data accuracy and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, configuration and operational effectiveness of payroll and HR platforms.
• Coordinate with local country teams and vendors to resolve issues and ensure compliant payroll processes.
• Manage hypercare, tickets, testing and documentation for platform changes.
• Develop SOPs, training materials and reporting to support adoption and governance.
• Collaborate on HRIS-to-payroll data requirements and reporting between UKG/Deel.
