Job summary

AVI‑SPL is seeking a Payroll Platforms & HR Operations Specialist to optimize global payroll and HR platforms, starting with Deel, EOR, Time Off and Time Tracking. You’ll work across Payroll, HR, Finance and local teams, ensuring accurate data, compliant processes and smooth platform operations.

You will manage hypercare, configuration, reporting and training, while partnering with Deel and other vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll operations within a multi-country environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls and compliance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience coordinating payroll-platform implementations and hypercare.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing and UAT.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical/system specs.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
• Experience managing vendor escalations and complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-go-live hypercare across countries transitioning to Deel and other platforms.
• Act as primary operational contact for HR and Payroll teams using the platform.
• Monitor payroll-impacting issues and drive resolutions and actions.
• Coordinate tickets with Deel and payroll vendors; escalate as needed.
• Configure payroll-related functionality including Time Off and Time Tracking.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for platforms.
• Produce operational reporting and ensure data quality across HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Oversee invoice administration and vendor reconciliations.
• Support implementations, discovery, testing and go-live readiness.
• Create workflows, training materials and platform enablement.
