Job summary

CE Global Partners is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate, compliant payroll for a portfolio of clients across EMEA and/or US. You will manage inquiries, perform checks, and ensure outputs meet service levels, while maintaining professional relationships with employees and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes year-end processing, P11D/ PSA reporting, and continual process improvements within a remote/hybrid full-time setup.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
• Excellent Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients across EMEA and/or US.
• Manage payroll inquiries from HR, managers, employees, and third parties.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and client SLAs.
• Prepare and review payroll data, statutory reports, and year-end tasks.
• Identify process improvements and support onboarding/offboarding of clients.
