GM Performance Power Units in the United Kingdom is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our HR team. You will own end-to-end payroll processing across US & UK, ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance, and partner with HR to support compensation activities.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel, plus strong analytical and communication skills to resolve payroll issues and deliver timely payroll reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years payroll experience in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years multi-state payroll and compliance reporting.
• 3+ years supporting US payroll operations and compliance requirements.
• 3+ years with Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel.
• Experience performing payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting hourly non-exempt timekeeping administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for salaried and hourly employees (US & UK).
• Ensure compliance with US regulations and international pay practices.
• Coordinate with HR for deadlines, auditing, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain payroll reporting and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support payroll system configuration updates in Dayforce HCM.
• Validate state tax allocations and employee notices; support year-end processes.
