Job summary

GM Performance Power Units seeks a Payroll Analyst to deliver end-to-end payroll processing for US and UK teams. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll reporting while partnering with HR and finance to support compensation programs and audits.

The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with Dayforce HCM. A proactive, detail-oriented professional will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and US/UK compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for salaried and hourly employees (US & UK).
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR for deadlines, audits, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain payroll reporting and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support Dayforce HCM configurations and payroll audits.
