Job summary

Arrive seeks a visionary Director of Partnerships to architect a world-class partner ecosystem for global growth, reporting to the CRO. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on ecosystem orchestration to transform Arrive from direct seller to ecosystem leader across markets.

You will shape alliances with consultancies, SIs, and technology partners, and build co-sell motion frameworks to accelerate expansion while navigating commercial and legal nuances.

Qualifications

• Proven track record orchestrating multi-party ecosystems and alliances.
• Experience embedding partners into GTM strategies and training sales teams.
• Strong relationships with consulting firms and engineering practices.
• Expertise in negotiating complex commercial agreements and revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a global partnership strategy with consulting firms, SIs, and vendors.
• Influence sales funnel by building surround-sound partnerships for advisory-led procurement.
• Identify partners to accelerate expansion into new geographic regions.
• Develop training and frameworks for co-selling with partners across global teams.
• Define engagement rules for multi-party relationships and manage commercial nuances.
