Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Lead to drive the implementation and enablement of our ERP platform. You will train partner teams, certify them, and support their first client deliveries, focusing on multi-entity accounting, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation across currencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory (Big 4, boutique, or vendor-side).
• Fluent in accounting; able to discuss multi-entity consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• You teach as well as you deliver and bring structure to programmes.

Responsibilities

• Be the product expert and know every corner of the company; demo workflows and answer complex questions for partners.
• Own partner activation end to end from initial deep-dive to certification and beyond.
• Deliver the training curriculum including product deep-dives and implementation methodology.
• Run shadow and reverse-shadow cycles to gauge readiness and gate certification.
• Sit beside partners on first client deliveries to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Coach partners on translating finance requirements into platform design (COA, entity structure, consolidation).
• Build the enablement library: curriculum, playbooks, templates, recordings.
• Surface partner feedback to product and programme teams.
