Job summary

Sovos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Director of Partner and Value Enablement to lead enablement strategy for Sovos partners and internal teams, driving scalable programs to empower partners to sell, implement, and support Sovos solutions.

You will champion the Certified Partner Program, align with sales and product teams, and apply AI-driven approaches to improve solution value and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of recruiting, growing and building pipeline with alliance partners.
• Experience with resell partners and ERP/VAT knowledge desirable.
• Ability to develop, establish, and close strategic partnerships with sales teams.
• Proven ability to forecast partner business and hit objectives.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable partner enablement programs and the Certified Partner Program.
• Align certification with partner tiers and program expectations.
• Establish and manage recertification cycles to maintain up-to-date partner certifications.
• Develop and deliver enablement assets such as reference architectures and ERP integration guides.
• Track partner performance to improve curriculum and certification models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partners into direct sales motions.
