Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CTS, or Azure Fundamentals required.
• 4+ years of experience as a resident technician with AV hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Strong AV systems knowledge and hardware support expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level onsite support for hardware, AV systems, device management, and basic networking.
• Assist users reporting conference room problems via the Global Helpdesk when remote resolution fails.
• Collaborate with higher support tiers and third-party AV integrators to resolve issues.
• Register, classify, and restore failed IT services as the primary onsite contact.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless ticket dispatch and support across service areas.
• Communicate effectively with clients to deliver a positive user experience.
• Troubleshoot MS devices and conference room equipment (Crestron, Extron, Teams Rooms) ensure event readiness.
• Assist with AV event setup, troubleshooting, and post-event shutdown.
• Maintain inventory of devices and spare parts for timely replacements and repairs.
