Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced freelance AV Technician to support a prestigious live events AV/UC/VC integration partner. You will work on extended contracts across Swindon, handling break-fix and preventative maintenance while ensuring minimal disruption and high client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of Crestron, Q-Sys, Biamp, Dante and Extron, plus experience with Poly/Cisco and IPTV.

Qualifications

• Experience as AV Technician in break-fix and preventative support.
• Corporate AV experience essential.
• Knowledge of leading AV/UC/VC manufacturers and technologies.
• Confident in operating Poly/Cisco and IPTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage fault tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• On-site support for live events and day-to-day operations, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Apply technical expertise across AV/UC/VC technologies like Crestron, Q-Sys, Biamp, Dante, Extron.
• Operate Poly/Cisco systems and support IPTV functionality.
