Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in AV/hardware support or similar.
• Onsite support experience preferred, with ability to work at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level onsite support for conference room AV and hardware.
• Coordinate with higher support tier and third-party AV integrators.
• Manage incidents from registration to restoration of services.
• Assist with AV event setup, troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up.
• Maintain inventory of devices and spare parts.
